Job description: Ralph Lauren offers the opportunity to participate in the internship in customer service & sales, with the aim of offering talented young people the chance to help the company to implement growth in the various markets. Specifically, the intern will take care of:

-Support the sales team in terms of customer service

-Creation of analysis and orders

-Inserting and processing of requests by e-mail and telephone

-Support the team in administrative areas in data maintenance in the corporate resource planning system

Qualifications: For the internship position in customer service & sales, the ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

-Practical experience through internships and / or student work

-High affinity for fashion and lifestyle

-Be oriented towards customers and service

-Open personality and ability to work in a team

-Fast understanding and analytical thinking

-Excellent communication skills

-Excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
