COVID-19 EMERGENCY

Dear ICF 2020 registered participants,
Esteemed Holiday Inn Parco dei Medici guests,
Your safety and your health are our first priority.
As President of the Giovani del Mondo Association and General Manager of CPI Hotels Italy, we would like to hereby address the situation regarding the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak that has struck the Italian peninsula in the last weeks.
As per the current date, there are 30 cases of individuals tested positive to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, of which 15 have been admitted to the “Spallanzani” hospital, one of Italy’s main centers for treatment and research on infectious diseases.
In the last hours, as for the last few weeks, we have been in constant communication with all authorities. among which the government of Roma Capitale, the Prefettura, the Ministry of Health, and the dislocated health praesidia (ASL) on the territory to define the most effective measures to ensure your safety and health during the event.
Nevertheless, considering that we deem your health our first priority and in compliance with Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, dated March 4, 2020, which foresees the suspension of all public and private events of any nature that involve a gathering of participants, such as not allowing to maintain an interpersonal distance of 1 meted, and not knowing the future extent and duration of this emergency:

Due to force majeure, we can only adapt to the aforementioned measure taken by our government, therefore the event cannot take place on the scheduled dates. We are trying to identify a possible new date, compatible with the subjects and structures involved.
