Trascorrere un periodo in un altro Paese, in Europa o nel resto del mondo, lavorando, arricchendo il proprio curriculum e perfezionando la conoscenza di un’altra lingua. Un’esperienza diventata sempre più rilevante al giorno d’oggi, con
migliaia di giovani italiani che ogni anno si avventurano all’estero per acquisire un’importante esperienza da reinvestire in Italia. Barbara, Ambra e Silvia sono tre ragazze che hanno usufruito di questa opportunità grazie a WEP , organizzazione internazionale che, oltre a scambi linguistici, promuove anche stage di lavoro per giovani in tutto il mondo. 
Il tirocinio all’estero è un vero e proprio trampolino di lancio , ci dice Barbara, ingegnere civile di 27 anni, partita per uno stage di tre mesi in Inghilterra dopo la crisi finanziaria che ha coinvolto l’azienda per cui lavorava in Italia. Poco prima di terminare il suo stage, Barbara ha trovato lavoro presso uno studio di ingegneria nella città di Exeter: “ Sto affrontando un’esperienza molto importante, finalmente svolgendo il lavo ro per cui ho studiato. Ci sono stati periodi duri, ma ero sempre accompagnata dalla speranza che questo Paese consente di avere: la speranza di migliorare la propria condizione di vita, di trovare la propria serenità e ottenere ciò che si vuole”.


Un’altra interessante testimonianza arriva dalla Cina, dove Ambra è stata per ben due volte con i programmi WEP, prima come studentessa e poi per lavoro: “ Questa volta a Shanghai dove WEP mi ha proposto di lavorare nella compagnia cinese che aveva assistito noi studenti tre anni prima, la Xubo Art and Culture Exchange. Avevo l’opportunità di trasmettere la grinta e l’energia giusta agli studenti internazionali che dovevano intraprende quel viaggio che a me ha sconvolto la vita!”.
I tirocini proposti ai candidati da WEP tengono conto delle loro esperienze, conoscenze e interessi professionali: lo staff si occupa di trovare le aziende più adatte nelle destinazioni disponibili in tutto il mondo .
Silvia, ingegnere chimico di 34 anni, sentiva invece la necessità di vivere un’esperienza completamente diversa, così ha deciso di spostarsi dall’altra parte del mondo, in Nuova Zelanda : “ Anche se consapevole delle difficoltà che avrei dovuto affrontare mi sono proposta di par tecipare ad un programma di stage. Lavoro ad Auckland per una piccola società di steel makers, fabbricazione di tubi e serbatoio in acciaio, saldatura e contatti con fornitori per le diverse applicazioni, tipicamente nel settore food & beverage. L’esperienza è davvero unica”.


Con lo Stage all’estero di WEP, il programma di introduzione al lavoro per studenti universitari, neo-laureati o giovani da poco entrati nel mondo del lavoro, i candidati apprenderanno quindi conoscenze tecniche e trasversali che costituiranno un grande vantaggio nella ricerca di un impiego. Per un periodo determinato, il candidato viene seguito nell’apprendimento di una professione attraverso un percorso agevolato , acquisendo competenze nel proprio settore di
interesse e abbinando al tirocinio un corso di lingua per migliorare il proprio livello linguistico.

L’Associazione Più Vita onlus promuove, nel mese di gennaio, un nuovo corso di formazione in "Rendicontazione e Budgeting" rivolto a tutti coloro che sono interessati a conoscere gli strumenti necessari per la costruzione di un budget e la sua relativa rendicontazione nell'ambito della progettazione per la Cooperazione Internazionale e l'Educazione allo Sviluppo.

 

Ente. Più Vita Onlus è un'organizzazione senza fini di lucro che lavora da oltre dieci anni per la cooperazione e l'educazione allo sviluppo nei paesi del Sud del mondo, realizzando progetti a favore dei bambini che vivono in condizioni di povertà e disagio per dare loro maggiori strumenti e competenze per un futuro più ricco di opportunità.

Il lavoro dell’Associazione si sviluppa in Nicaragua, Repubblica Dominicana e in Italia con il fine di sostenere lo sviluppo delle popolazioni più svantaggiate, con particolare attenzione ai bambini e alle donne che vivono sotto la soglia di povertà e di garantire loro il rispetto dei diritti umani fondamentali: istruzione, alimentazione e assistenza medica.

Descrizione dell'offerta

Il corso prevede lezioni finalizzate a trasferire competenze e conoscenze in materia di:

- Costruzione di un budget

- Metodo di rendicontazione

 Il corso sarà interattivo e con tutti i partecipanti si lavorerà alla simulazione e alla costruzione di un budget e alla sua rendicontazione. Si parte dal presupposto che i partecipanti al corso abbiano una conoscenza base della scrittura di un progetto e delle attività previste. Si analizzerà la modalità di preparazione dei documenti e di quanto necessario per la procedura di rendicontazione.

 Ogni partecipante riceverà a fine corso i materiali utilizzati durante le lezioni, l'attestato di partecipazione e la ricevuta di avvenuto pagamento.

L’anno nuovo è appena iniziato, ed è il momento di arricchire le proprie conoscenze ed affrontare entusiasmanti avventure. -Citizens and Permanent Residents of Australia, and citizens of New Zealand are ineligible.

-Those undertaking research via remote candidature are ineligible.

-Candidates are required to enrol in the University of Adelaide as 'international students' and must maintain 'international student' status for the duration of their enrolment in the University.

-Candidates who have applied for Australian permanent resident status can apply for ASI scholarships.

Job description: The VU Fellowship Programme (VUFP) is a Merit scholarship programme for strongly motivated students with excellent study results. The award is based on the motivation letter, the quality of previous education and the student's academic performance therein. A scholarship offer will then be made to successful candidates

 

Qualifications:

Eligible candidates must be able to prove their academic excellence, and they must be admitted to an English taught Master’s degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam

 

Wage/fees:  The VUFP scholarship is a tuition fee waiver. VUFP scholarship does not provide any additional allowance towards study or living costs.

 

Application process:

1. Register for a Master’s programme

2. Submit VUFP application. For VUFP application 3 documents are required: Proof of excellence/GPA; Motivation Letter; Curriculum Vitae (CV)

3. Decision

4. Results: All students will receive an e-mail/notification informing them of the Central scholarships Committee's decision concerning their application

5. Acceptance of VUFP or HSP offer

The Institute aims to provide skills, combining practical and research approaches to broaden the base of a wider public involvement in promoting peace and democracy building.

Description: The Democratic Progress Institute (DPI) provides internship in three sectors.

- Programmes Team: this internship involves a wide range of functions according to the specific skills of the candidate. The tasks may include: policy research, legal research, event organization and logistics, administration, fundraising, editorial activities, proofreading and editing

- Legal Team: this internship involves assisting the Legal Officer in cases before the European Court of Human Rights and submitting to the various international and regional protection mechanisms

- Operations Team: this internship involve closer cooperation with the Operations Officer of the various tasks that are essential for directing an office. Among the main tasks include administrative tasks, budgeting, recruitment process.

Qualifications:

General: you are not required specific requirements

Legal: The ideal candidate should:

- To have a law degree (minimum level LLB)

- A demonstrable interest, knowledge and experience in the international law of human rights.

- Know English perfectly

They will be considered assets:

- A degree in Human Rights, International Law, or in similar sectors

- Excellent knowledge of French and / or Turkish language

In addition to a curriculum vitae and cover letter presentation of about 2 or 3 page written sample on any area of interest to the applicant would be looked upon favorably although not essential.

Wage/Fees: DPI provides our volunteers with a small daily stipend for lunch, and continuously look for ways to offer valuable experiences such as professional networking opportunities and career development guidance. You might even get the opportunity to travel with our permanent staff.
