Established in 2003 in Belgium as a non-profit, non-partisan association, the group is dedicated to making a positive contribution through cutting-edge research and by engaging political leaders and the public at large in a constructive exchange about the economic and social challenges of the 21st century. The Lisbon Council is interested in large-scale transformations, which will impact the European society and economy in years and decades to come

Job description: the Lisbon Council is always looking for people with bright ideas, new methodologies and indicators, and unconventional approaches to public policy. Areas that are of particular interest for the association are knowledge economy, innovation, climate change, environmental and fiscal sustainability, education, skills, human capital, state transformation, consumer policy and demography

As a Europe-wide, collaborative and innovative network, the Lisbon Council is a natural hub for change makers, disruptive innovators and policy entrepreneurs
